Applies to:

  • Velixo NX

  • Sage Intacct

Release date: July 31st, 2025

Version number: 2025.7 or higher

🚀 New:

  • Public preview: The new Slice functionality and interface provide you with a user-friendly way to create multiple parameterized copies of a report, based on a template. (RD-766)

  • The new SI.XQUERYLOOKUP function performs a lookup of a Sage Intacct REST API record by its key field values, and returns the value of a specified field. (RD-3241)

  • You can now use regular expressions and simplified “LIKE” syntax in addition to Velixo techniques to filter your queries. (RD-3772)

  • A new option in the Refresh behavior menu lets you decide whether the Refresh Current Sheet functionality refreshes worksheets referenced on the current sheet in addition to the active sheet. (RD-4157)

✨ Improved:

  • Hidden/filtered-out cells (rows and columns as well) are no longer included when selecting a range to be used for Writeback, Distribution, or other Velixo features. (RD-3189)

  • You can now edit SI.QUERY formulas created using the Query feature. (RD-114)

  • You can now use Excel aggregation functions (SUM, COUNT, MIN, MAX and AVERAGE) with the SI.XQUERY function. (RD-2919)

  • The Journal Transaction Writeback template now contains TargetEntityID and SourceEntityID fields you can use to write to entity-private journals without using entity-private dimensions. (RD-3167)

  • Now you can use spill ranges (e.g. A2#) in Writeback functions, allowing you to select multiple values for a single parameter. (RD-2141)

🔨 Fixed:

  • A table mirroring issue causing data for a single record to be missing from the results of SI.QUERY results has been resolved. (RD-3034)

🐛 Known Issues:

  • An article describing the behavior of Excel’s 'Undo' functionality is now available. (RD-3692)

  • An article is now available, offering workarounds for an issue where Velixo functions only return a single result when combined with Excel’s TEXTSPLIT function. (RD-4580)
