Velixo Dimension group created in Sage Intacct

Overview

When executing balance functions containing multiple dimension values (e.g., when multiple locations are specified), Velixo NX may create a dimension group with the specified dimension values, so as to optimize the number of ERP requests needed to fetch all the required balances.

After retrieving all the required balances from the ERP, Velixo will automatically delete the created dimension groups.

If the add-in is interrupted (e.g., if the user closes the workbook) before the calculation is finished, Velixo NX will not have a chance to delete the previously created dimension group(s), and you may see a dimension group with a name prefixed by:

Velixo-AutoCreated-

However, the next time you refresh your workbook, Velixo NX will remove any such dimension groups if they are more than one day old.
