SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE

The SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE function returns an array containing one or more Sage Intacct Employee IDs (based on the specified range).

Syntax
SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE(ConnectionName, Range, IncludeInactive)
The SI. EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE function uses the following parameters:
Parameter | Required/ Optional | Description |
ConnectionName | Required | The name of the connection as configured in the Connection Manager |
Range | Optional | A range filtering specifying the Employee IDs to be displayed. See Filtering Velixo Functions. |
IncludeInactive | Optional | True (default) or False Determines whether or not to include entries with a Status field set to Inactive in the results. (available in version 2023.8 and higher) |
Examples
Assuming the following configuration within Sage Intacct:
Example 1
=SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE("Sage","1005:1010;1014:1017")
Description
Returns the Employee IDs between 1005 and 1010 (inclusive) and between 1014 and 1017 (inclusive).
Results
Example 2
=SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE("Sage","1??0")
Description
Returns every Employee ID which has a 1 as the first digit and a zero as the fourth digit.
Results
Example 3
Assuming the following configuration within Sage Intacct:
=SI.EXPANDEMPLOYEERANGE("Sage","1060:1074",FALSE)
Description
Returns every active Employee ID between 1060 and 1074.
Results
(note that inactive employ # 1073 is not included)
